Return & Exchange Policy

You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error; if not our error, we will exchange your item(s), credit your card, or send you a check for the cost of the purchase less the original shipping and handling charges.

Merchandise will not be accepted as a return after 30 days of purchase, or if it has obvious signs of use. If you provided us with your email address on the original order we will notify you of the credit.

Shipping Policy

If your product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

If you order an item that is not in stock, your credit card will not be charged until the product actually ships.

If paying by credit card, the shipping address must match the billing address for that credit card.

Most orders are sent via U.S. Postal service. Delivery confirmation is used to show that the product has been delivered to the shipping location you specified in your order.

Larger orders are often sent UPS, a service that provides tracking numbers for all shipments.

UPS orders cannot be shipped to a PO box, so be sure to use a real physical address when placing orders over 2lb's.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We dislike our information being distributed as much as you do, so information we collect is not sold to any third party. We may however use your contact information to notify you about new products, new developments, and product promotions.
